Lego Store, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol
New Store Build Project
Cribbs Causeway is the largest indoor shopping centre in the South West with over 150 stores.
Project Timeline: 9 weeks from September 2024 to October 2024
In Autumn 2024, our team began the new store build for Lego at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol.
This was a complete shop fit taking the retail unit from a shell and creating a modern looking Lego store with the new light and dark grey flooring tiles and the black ceiling with black LED lighting.
The existing shop front was re-purposed for this store, but we discovered issued with the locks on the APG glass doors at the store entrance, so we arranged for these to be replaced.
A new HVAC system and fire alarm system were installed and then tested and commissioned. The existing sprinkler system was re-purposed but new sprinkler heads were installed in black on the sales floor and some brass ones were replaced back of house. This system was tested and commissioned.
The existing ventilation system was re-purposed and then tested and commissioned. The existing goods lift in the back of house area was faulty, so we completed a full replacement of the lift, and this was tested and commissioned.
The front of the sales floor on both the left -hand side and the right-hand side both required specialist vinyl to be printed using graphics provided by Lego and then installed to both walls.
Fixtures supplied by Lego were installed on the sales floor by our team. Some required electrical connections which were completed as needed.
Once the store build was completed, specialist cleans were completed so that the store was ready for the staff to prepare the stock ready for opening.
